Andrew & Cornelia

After leaving York University with a degree in Electronic Systems Engineering, Andrew joined Intel in Swindon as a sales support engineer. He then switched to a marketing role. When an opportunity came up for a transfer to the Munich office, Andrew took it, expecting to stay for a couple of years. After 9 years he is still there ( 2002 ). Munich is a wonderful city, with many attractive buildings, interesting museums and is very close to the Alps which are great for Skiing, Mountain Biking or just sightseeing.

Andrew takes Mountain Biking literally, having cycled in the Alps, Himalayas, Chile, Mount Everest as well as following the Rhine from sea to source.

Cornelia is German and has a Parrot called Louis, who is very loyal to her and deeply suspicious of any interloper. Andrew has many a scar to prove it, although, he is gradually being accepted. Cornelia is hyperactive, very positive and together they lead their lives at such a pace as to exhaust ordinary mortals.

Andrew and Cornelia were married at the Polurrian Hotel in Cornwall on the20 May 2005.
